Older Desktop Versions Failing to Sign In
Resolved - This incident has been resolved and we are monitoring the situation.

Identified - We’re aware that some computers running older versions of the AlertMedia Desktop app can’t sign in. The app may show a failed login, even though the sign-in actually succeeds on our side. Computers on the current Desktop version (7.0.2) are not affected.

We’ve identified the issue and a fix will be applied soon. The misleading error should disappear after the fix is applied, with nothing needed from you. We’ll post another update when it’s complete.

iOS mobile app closes on launch after latest update
Resolved - The new version of the mobile app is available in the Apple App Store for download.

Update - The updated version of our iOS app has been approved. We're waiting for it to be distributed to the store.

Monitoring - The new version is still awaiting final review from Apple.

Identified - Impact
- iPhone users who installed the latest AlertMedia app update (released October 22) can't open the app. It closes right after launch.
- The Android app is not affected.
- iPhone users who haven't installed the latest app update are not affected.
- Notifications sent by SMS, email and voice are still being delivered.

We've fixed the problem and asked Apple for an expedited review, and we'll post an update here as soon as the fix is in the App Store.

What you can do
- If you haven't installed the latest update yet, wait until we post here that the fix is available.
- Once the fix is out, update the AlertMedia app from the App Store.
